About Me

Hello!!! My name is Lauryn Shockley but everyone has always called me by my last name my whole life (Shockley).

I am very social and love making new friends and talking to everyone I see! This is where I came up with the title ShockTalks for my blog!

I am currently a college student playing volleyball at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS). I am studying sports communication with a minor in marketing and have always had a passion for writing. 

Some of my hobbies include playing volleyball (or any sport honestly), spending time with friends & family, skiing & snowboarding, backpacking, fishing, mountain biking, going tot he beach and much more. I am an adventure seeker and love the thrill of gaining new experiences in life.

My motto is to LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST and I want to show you how I do that through my blogs!
